During an intense scaleup period I built a team that delivered growth in ticket sales and brand equity, along with multiple breakthrough cultural moments.

The Sphere venue sets a new bar for immersive entertainment and its marketing execution needed to hit the same bar.

To mark the launch of Anyma’s groundbreaking EDM show we created an audacious NYE stunt, revealing the interior live concert experience on the outside of the Sphere at midnight in Las Vegas, partnering with LVCVA.

With huge capital investment required to build Sphere, the pressure on unit economics is significant across the business

Through media mix optimization and customer journey improvements we were able to increase media’s contribution to revenue by 2x during a period of lower organic demand.
